How soon will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 24-36 hours after it was placed. Once your order is bagged and tagged - We will send you an email with a USPS tracking number. If your order has a pre-sale item - all the other items will be shipped once the pre-sale item is available. Pre-sale shipping dates are listed on the pre-sale items page.

Where is my order?
At times, the carrier will mess up and deliver your order to the wrong place -or- the carrier can't locate it... In such events - We will research the situation and either refund -or- re-ship your order. In the event that your order is delivered successfully - and someone steals your package - we cannot replace it as we are unable to recover the loss from the carrier. Signature-Required is available upon request if your area is prone to such theft activities.

We ship everywhere on planet earth but please note that international shipping at times can take longer than expected and have hidden cost associated with the import of the goods to a given country. Since each country has its own set of whack import tax and duties laws - we are not responsible for any tax or duty that is charged to the recipient by their local carrier.

We offer free shipping to all/any orders over $100.00USD for all U.S States except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. To receive free shipping, a promotional code "freebird" must be entered on the check out page in order to receive free shipping. We are unable to refund for any shipping changes on any orders in which the customer did not enter the promotional code. Free shipping only applies to direct-to-consumer orders - B2B orders are excluded from promotion.
